A studniówka happens once in a lifetime, and the polonaise lasts a few minutes. That’s why two of us work together: the photographer only takes photos and the camera operator only films. We’re there from the guests’ arrival until the end of the package: midnight, 1:00 or 2:00.
We take couple portraits at the photo wall provided by the organisers and light them with our flashes, so every couple gets elegant portraits instead of phone snaps in dim ballroom light. We also take class and group photos and cover the party.

Drone shots
Studniówki usually start around 5 pm, when it’s already dark in winter, so we take drone shots in daylight. We show the school where you spent the last few years from above and take a top-down photo of the class, e.g. on the school pitch. It’s best combined with the polonaise rehearsal or another day before the ball. These shots make a great opening for the clip and the film.
Daytime drone shots: +600 PLN, included in Gala. Flights over the school need the head teacher’s consent and permitted airspace.
We fly by the rules: a certified operator flies the drone, every flight is filed in the DroneRadar app, and the equipment is insured. We never fly over gatherings of people or in restricted zones. Parts of Warsaw (e.g. around Chopin Airport and the very centre) restrict flights, and in rain or strong wind the drone stays in the bag. If a flight isn’t possible, we refund the surcharge.
Prom portrait session
An elegant session before the ball or on the day, outdoors or in a studio: for one person, a couple or a group of friends. You get time for unhurried portraits in your outfits before the party starts. Also available for the 8th-grade ball.

Two people, two jobs. When you book photos and film, two of us come: the photographer handles only the photos and the camera operator only the film. Nobody has to switch between a camera and a video rig, so we don’t miss the important moments.
We shoot on Fujifilm GFX100 II (medium format, 102 MP) and X-T5 (40 MP), which we also use to film in 4K.
How it works
- The committee gives us the date, venue and approximate number of students.
- We send a PDF offer and a draft contract. A 20% deposit secures the date.
- Two weeks before the ball we agree the schedule: polonaise, speeches, class photos.
- On the day we arrive before the guests and set up our lights at the organisers’ photo wall.
- A password-protected online gallery goes to the whole school, and the film can be downloaded from it.
FAQ
When should we book?
Studniówki take place in January and February, mostly on Fridays and Saturdays. Dates fill up in autumn, so book by November.
Do partners pay?
No. You only pay for the students. Partners, tutors and the head teacher are photographed and filmed at no extra cost.
Will the photos be printable?
Yes. You get full-resolution files for print and smaller ones for the web. The GFX100 II has 102 MP, so even large enlargements stay sharp.
